What in the Hell's bells is mylight? They are “found art” lighters wrapped in discarded scraps of culture. Curated from magazines, comic books, old porno, Nintendo Power, beer labels, new porno, National Geographic, repair manuals, vintage housewife magazines, maps, and coffee table books. Made in Madison, WI since 2009 and shamelessly sold at Star Liquor, Baldwin Street Grille, Trixie's Liquor, The Underground, The Blue Moose Tavern, So what's in a mylight? Well the most obvious is a kick-ass lighter that nobody else has. All the images used are recycled from old print media that otherwise would have been recycled into TP-tubes or egg cartons. None of them are copies or reproductions of copyrighted material, making them one-offs, unique. Just like we’re all trying to be.
