Privacy policy

Visitors
- We set one cookie to remember that you confirmed you’re over 18, and one holding only today’s date so we can count daily visitors without knowing who they are.
- We count page views per page and per day, and which site sent a visit (for example google.com). No IP addresses or identifiers are kept with these counts.
- Photos you search with are processed in memory and never stored. To keep to the daily image search allowance we count your searches for the day: by account if you're signed in, otherwise by a one-way hash of your IP address. These counts are deleted after two days.
- When you click through to a creator we record the click (which creator, when, and from which page), not who you are.
- Your browser remembers the last 20 creator pages you opened, to show them under “Recently viewed”. The list is kept on your device, not by us: the page only asks us for those creators’ cards, and we don’t record who asked. Clear removes it.
- If you use “Near me”, your browser shares an approximate location that we use only for that search. We don’t store it: we only add one to a daily count for the nearest city, with nothing about who searched.
- What you type into the search box is counted per day, with the country you search from, never who you are; searches for a creator by name or handle aren’t kept. Searches typed often in a country, on more than one day, are suggested to other people there on “Near me” results. The counts are deleted after 90 days.
- Forms (profile submissions, reports, removal requests, advertising and collaboration requests, feedback) store what you type, including your email, so we can act on them and reply. Feedback also keeps the page you sent it from and your browser name; your email is optional there.
- When you click a sponsored listing we store a one-way hash of your IP address and the date, so the advertiser is charged once a day at most. These are deleted after two days.
- Unless you have Premium, some pages show ads from an adult ad network. Each ad runs in the network's own frame, which can set its own cookies and see the page it's on; we don't pass it anything about you. Search results also carry two labelled cards for live cams and AI companions: they are affiliate links through CrakRevenue, so if you sign up or buy there we may be paid a share. Those cards load nothing from anyone else; the network sees you only if you click one. Under the results, a row of live cam rooms comes from CrakRevenue in its own frame, like an ad. No ad loads before you confirm you're over 18.
- If you sign up for the weekly newsletter, we keep your email, when you confirmed it and when each issue was sent to you, until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the address and the date you unsubscribed, so a second sign-up can't mail you again without a new confirmation. Nothing is sent to an address that hasn't clicked the confirmation link.
Accounts
- Your account keeps your email, a hash of your password if you set one, your Google account id if you sign in with Google (we get only your email address from Google), and what you save: favorites, lists, saved searches and sale alerts. Alerts we find for you are kept in your alerts inbox for 90 days.
- While you’re signed in, we keep your last 50 searches so you can find them again on your account page. Only you see them, and you can clear them at any time.
- Premium and ad payments are made in crypto on our own BTCPay Server checkout. We keep the order (what you bought, the price, dates, status and invoice number) and nothing about your wallet beyond what the invoice records. Payments on a public blockchain can be seen by anyone, though not linked to your account by us.
- “Download my data” on your account page gives you all of this as a JSON file.
- “Delete my account” deletes your account, everything you saved, your search history, creator claims and every signed-in session straight away. If you had Premium, we keep only what accounting and refunds need, the invoice or subscription number, price, dates and status, no longer linked to you.
Creators
Listings contain only information the creator has made public on their platform profile: username, display name, bio, profile images, price, public counts and stated location. We never collect or show paid content. Creators can have their listing removed at any time, and we then block it from being re-added.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We share data only with the hosting providers that run the site, or when the law requires it. Ad networks get only what your own browser sends them when it loads an ad or follows an affiliate link.
Your rights
You can download or delete your account data yourself from your account page. For anything else, or to correct data about you, email [email protected]. HornyIndex responds within 30 days.
