Trending OnlyFans & Fansly creators this week
HornyIndex records each creator's likes every time it refreshes their public profile. Trending creators gained the most likes over the last seven days; rising stars gained the most compared with the likes they already had, so a small page that doubled beats a huge one adding one percent. Nothing here is paid for: sponsored listings are labelled and sit apart.

Questions
How does HornyIndex decide which OnlyFans creators are trending?
HornyIndex keeps a snapshot of each creator's likes every time it refreshes their public profile. A creator's trend is the likes gained between the first and last snapshot of the last seven days; the page sorts by that gain. Rising stars are sorted by the gain as a share of the likes they had a week ago, among pages with at least 1,000 likes. Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, Slushy, FanCentro and 4based pages are re-checked weekly, so a week's trend covers one or two refreshes.
Can creators pay to be listed as trending?
No. Trending, rising stars and hidden gems come from the likes and posts on public profiles. Sponsored listings are labelled and shown separately.
What is a hidden gem?
A page with between 100 and 5,000 likes and at least 50 photos whose posts get the most likes each, so a small page its subscribers love. 174,492 creators fit that today.
What is the most searched-for term?
The list above shows the most typed searches of the last seven days, with misspellings counted under their correction. HornyIndex keeps only the search words, never who searched, and drops searches that look like a creator's name, a handle, an email or a link. The list only shows searches made up wholly of filters (a look, a niche, a price) or a place.
