Using his inside knowledge from his day job at the paper, affectionately referred to as “The Pen”, Dick brings those rogues he writes about to their knees making them beg for justice. By rubbing his mysterious “Stones of Girth”, he magically transforms himself into the larger than life, RED ROCKET!!! Along with the occasional firm helping hands of a group of like-minded cocksure colleagues collectively called “The C-Men” a calming force is spread all over Penisburgh City yet again.
