I studied all these years and attended intensive courses with great Ukrainian trainers like Oleg Linikh (Kherson), Sergey Plyashechko (Lviv). In November-December 2019, I attended the first training session on the latest development of Andrey Vladimirovich Siderski’s Yoga Workout Self Adjustment System that was held for two weeks in Kiev. #yoga #hatha_yoga
