I recently turned 50, and it's way past time to get fit and get healthy. The problem is, I have ADHD so my brain's reward system doesn't give me dopamine when I work out. Staying motivated is difficult. That's where YOU come in! If I have followers and viewers who expect regular content, and who encourage me, educate me, and tell me I'm hot, the motivation to continue exercising will hopefully remain. What do you get out of it? Well, if knowing that you're encouraging someone to live their best life isn't enough for you, I suppose I will just have to post some spicy explicit pics and videos to reward you... If that sounds like a good deal to you, hit that subscribe button! Subscribing is free for now, but the explicit stuff won't be. :)
