How to find an OnlyFans account from a photo
Updated · Figures come from HornyIndex's index of public creator profiles and refresh hourly
To find an OnlyFans account from a photo, upload it to an image search built on creators’ own profile photos, such as HornyIndex image search. It shows look-alike creators with a match score; open the closest match and compare it with the photo. General reverse image search such as Google Lens rarely finds OnlyFans pages.
How to find a creator from a photo
- Crop the photo to one clear face, with hair in view and captions or buttons cut away.
- On image search, upload it, paste a link to it or use your camera. You can add up to 5 photos of the same person.
- Check the match percentage on each result: the higher it is, the closer the look.
- Open the closest match’s profile and compare its photos with yours to confirm it’s the same creator.
Searches are kept for 90 days with the photos you searched with, to review and improve the search, and never shared.
Why Google Lens and TinEye rarely find OnlyFans pages
General reverse image search engines match pictures they’ve seen on the open web. Almost everything on OnlyFans sits behind a subscription, so they’ve never seen it, and the public part of a profile is a small avatar and banner that often aren’t indexed at all. What they do find tends to be reposts: social media, forums and leak sites, which can lead you to scams rather than the creator.
They’re still worth a try when the photo comes from a creator’s Instagram, X or Reddit: if the original post turns up, the creator’s handle there usually leads to their page.
Search creators’ profile photos instead
HornyIndex image search works the other way round. It compares your picture with the public profile photos of 790,141 creators on OnlyFans, Fansly and other sites, looking at hair, face shape, styling and setting, and shows the closest matches with a percentage. You can upload a photo, paste a link to one, or use your camera, and add up to five photos of the same person to get a steadier match.
Getting a better match
- Crop to one person, face and hair in view. Screenshots work, but cut away captions and buttons.
- Use a clear, well-lit photo. Heavy filters, sunglasses and masks make matches less reliable.
- Add a second or third photo from another angle if you have one.
- Look past the first result: the creator you want may be a few places down, especially if their profile photo is very different from your picture.
What it can and can’t do
It compares against profile photos only, not the content behind the subscription, so it finds a creator when their profile photo looks like your picture. Otherwise it finds people with a similar look, which is useful in itself if what you’re after is a type rather than a person. A high match isn’t proof that two photos show the same person.
Please use it to find creators, not to identify people who aren’t creators. Photos of private individuals don’t belong in it. Creators can remove their listing at any time, and it leaves the image search with it.
Search by description
No photo? Visual match takes a description, such as red hair, freckles, and ranks creators’ profile photos against it. Every profile also shows similar-looking creators, and For you finds more like the creators you’ve favourited.

Questions
Can I find an OnlyFans account from a picture?
Sometimes. HornyIndex’s image search compares your photo with the public profile photos of 790,141 creators and shows the closest looks with a match score. It finds the right creator when their profile photo resembles yours; otherwise it finds look-alikes.
Is the photo I upload stored?
Yes. Each search is kept for 90 days with the photo, so we can review and improve the search. It’s never shared.
Does it work with a screenshot?
Yes. Crop it to the person first: interface text, captions and other people in the frame make the match worse.
Can I search by describing a look instead?
Yes. Visual match takes a written description, such as “red hair, freckles, glasses”, and finds creators whose profile photos fit it.
